The web-based ‘Bullying and Other Disruptive Behavior: for Managers and Supervisors’ course delivers valuable insights and tactics for preventing and managing disruptive behavior within the workplace. Despite the common association of bullying and disruptive behavior with children, adults are not immune to such behavior, which can create an uncomfortable work environment and even lead to health issues. This course, which incorporates a dynamic blend of audio, video, text, and vibrant graphics, offers the most cost-effective solution for safety and regulatory compliance training currently available.
