The Bullying and Other Disruptive Behavior: for Employees online course is designed to educate employees about this type of behavior and provide them with practical ways to stop it. In environments where bullying and other disruptive behaviors are prevalent, feelings of fear, anger, frustration, humiliation, and helplessness can be all too common. A shocking 35% of employees in the U.S. admit to having worked with a bully. Such behaviors are not only detrimental to the individuals involved, but they can also negatively impact the business. Our course, using an engaging mix of audio, full-motion video, text, and vivid graphics, offers the most cost-effective, safety, and regulatory compliance training available. The Bullying and Other Disruptive Behavior: for Employees course is divided into several logical sections for easy comprehension and maximum retention.<\/p>\n

Participants have three attempts to achieve the pass mark. A comprehensive student manual, which can be printed for future reference and knowledge retention, is included as a resource.<\/p>\n
