COURSE OVERVIEW<\/b><\/div>\n

The Confined Space Entry Basics course online gives employees the necessary tools to maintain safety in Permit Spaces and assists employers in adhering to OSHA regulations, regardless if they are engaged in general industry or construction work. The 2015 OSHA Confined Spaces in Construction regulation (CFR 29 1926 Subpart AA) sets out explicit requirements for performing construction activities in confined spaces, and delivers clarity on regulations included in its Permit-Required Confined Spaces Standard for General Industry (29 CFR Part 1910.146). The Construction Standard can be applicable to many businesses not typically classified as construction-oriented. Subjects discussed in the program encompass mitigating risk with a Permit Space Program; understanding the entry permit; testing for hazardous atmospheres; the roles of attendants and evacuation protocols; and more. This course utilizes a potent mix of audio, full-motion video, textual content, and vibrant graphics to offer the most cost-effective safety and regulatory compliance training available today.<\/p>\n
