The ‘Lead Exposure in General Industry’ course is an online platform designed to inform employees about the dangers of lead hazards and the safety regulations established to tackle them. The course offers guidance on the identification of lead hazards in various workplace settings and safe methods of dealing with them. It covers a range of topics such as the health impacts of lead exposure, the OSHA Lead Standards for General Industry, compliance programs, risk assessment, monitoring, PPE and respiratory protection, housekeeping, decontamination, medical surveillance, and removal. The ‘Lead Exposure in General Industry’ course uses a dynamic blend of audio, full-motion video, text, and vibrant graphics to provide the most cost-effective safety and regulatory compliance training currently available.<\/p>\n
