While employers have a responsibility to ensure a safe work environment, the concept of &#8220;safety&#8221; is sometimes misinterpreted.<\/p>\n<p>Our online course, &#8220;Sexual Harassment Prevention&#8221;, is designed to offer a comprehensive understanding of sexual harassment. It educates learners about its definition, possible locations, potential victims and the potential implications for all parties involved.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <b>COURSE TOPICS<\/b> <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Upon completion of this course, learners will have the ability to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify the behaviours that constitute sexual harassment<\/li>\n<li>Understand the personal impact<\/li>\n<li>Understand the impact on the organization<\/li>\n<li>Differentiate between quid pro quo and hostile work environment<\/li>\n<li>Identify behaviours that may not be legally considered harassment<\/li>\n<li>Outline the process for proper documentation<\/li>\n<li>Understand how to report an incident<\/li>\n<li>Recognize when external assistance may be necessary<\/li>\n<li>Understand the risks associated with tolerating a harassment culture<\/li>\n<li>Understand the advantages of establishing a harassment-free workplace<\/li>\n<li>Know how to respond to a sexual harassment report<\/li>\n<li>Know how to handle a harassment claim on social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Sexual Harassment Prevention Online encompasses the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding Sexual Harassment<\/li>\n<li>Workplace Civility<\/li>\n<li>What Does NOT Constitute Sexual Harassment (Legally Speaking)<\/li>\n<li>Taking Action<\/li>\n<li>Addressing Harassment<\/li>\n<li>Additional Responsibilities for Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <b>ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/b> <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Estimated 60 minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <b>PASS MARK<\/b> <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The testing conducted in this online Sexual Harassment Prevention course is designed to reinforce the concepts discussed. A score of 80% is required to obtain a completion certificate.
