This training adheres to the standards of the COAA Canadian Model for Ensuring a Safe Workplace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\"><b>COURSE TOPICS<\/b><\/span>   <\/div>\n<p><br style=\"font-size: 14.0px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">Upon successful completion of the course &#8216;Cannabis &amp; the Workplace: Impairment Awareness for Employees&#8217;, you will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">\n<li>Grasp the concept of impairment and its possible impacts on the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire familiarity with typical alcohol and drug-related terminologies.<\/li>\n<li>Discern the disparity in medicinal and recreational cannabis in terms of impairment.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehend what awareness implies in an impairment and work context.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential symptoms of drug and alcohol misuse.<\/li>\n<li>Appreciate the necessity of always driving without impairment.<\/li>\n<li>Recognize when driving can be considered a work-related task.<\/li>\n<li>Adopt optimal strategies for staying vigilant and addressing impairment situations.<\/li>\n<li>Understand certain reporting protocols.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledge the right to decline unsafe work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div> <\/div>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\"><b>ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/b><\/span>   <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">Roughly 30 minutes<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\"><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <span style=\"font-size: 18.0px;float: none\"><b>PASS MARK<\/b><\/span>   <\/div>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">Periodic assessments conducted throughout this online course &#8216;Cannabis and the Workplace: Impairment Awareness for Employees&#8217; are intended to strengthen the information imparted. A score of at least 70% is required to earn a completion certificate.
