The HAZWOPER: Refresher for Waste Site Workers: Emergency Response & Decontamination course has been carefully constructed to shed light on the various types of emergencies that can occur on site, the concept of an Emergency Response Plan (ERP), the stages in an emergency response, the roles and responsibilities of employees during a hazardous substance emergency release, and the importance of efficient internal and external communications during a crisis. Additionally, the course delves into the fundamentals of decontamination and explores a variety of methods and equipment used in the decontamination process.<\/p>\n
