The Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention course features content from Ontario Bills 132 and 168, BC Bill 14, Harassment under the 1977 Human Rights Act, tasks of supervisors, maintaining confidentiality, employee grievance procedures, the risk of legal repercussions, among others. This interactive and compelling online course suite offers crucial knowledge for your supervisors and employees to avert, identify, and react to incidents of harassment, bullying, and violence – and to adhere to the law.<\/p>\n

      PASS MARK<\/b><\/div>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Evaluation is carried out throughout the Harassment course and after the Violence course to reinforce understanding and retention of the participants. To obtain a certificate of completion, a score of 80% must be achieved. Participants have the opportunity to repeat each course twice if the pass mark is not achieved.<\/p>\n
