Este axioma se puede aplicar a la seguridad en el contexto de organizaciones que siguen realizando las mismas acciones una y otra vez, esperando de alguna manera que sus entornos laborales se vuelvan m\u00e1s seguros.   • Saber por qu\u00e9 la investigaci\u00f3n de incidentes y el an\u00e1lisis de las causas son importantes<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identificar la importancia de la investigaci\u00f3n de incidentes, cu\u00e1ndo ocurre y qui\u00e9n est\u00e1 implicado<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Saber c\u00f3mo aplicar las mejores pr\u00e1cticas para recopilar informaci\u00f3n cuando ocurre un incidente<\/span><\/li>\n
