In this course, “Preventing Workplace Harassment – Managers,” we will delve into the concept of harassment and discrimination, the laws that guard against them in the workplace, and your roles and responsibilities as a manager or supervisor to prevent them. You will also learn how your organization\u2019s anti-discrimination policy can support your efforts.<\/p>\n

By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of the nature of harassment, the laws that prohibit it, and the steps you can take to prevent and address it in your organization.<\/p>\n
