Various behaviors can demonstrate respect, while disrespect can take forms such as racial and sexual harassment or discrimination. Such negative behavior can have severe consequences for the workforce and the company as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>We all have the right to a respectful work environment, and this course, &#8220;Preventing Workplace Harassment &#8211; Employees&#8221;, provides you with the tools to contribute to such an environment.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><b>COURSE TOPICS<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This &#8220;Preventing Workplace Harassment for Employees&#8221; online course covers the following subjects:<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Explanation of laws that forbid workplace harassment.<\/li>\n<li>Identification of the legally protected classes.<\/li>\n<li>Elements of a robust anti-harassment policy.<\/li>\n<li>Definitions and examples of discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment.<\/li>\n<li>Illustrations of quid pro quo and hostile work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Steps to take if you become aware of workplace harassment.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><b>ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/b><\/div>\n<p>Approximately 45 Minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><b>PASS MARK<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Testing throughout this online course, &#8220;Preventing Workplace Harassment for Employees&#8221;, is designed to reinforce the information delivered. To obtain a certificate of completion, a score of 80% is necessary. If the pass mark is not achieved on the first attempt, participants are allowed to retake the course twice.
