As part of this course, learners will revisit the rights and obligations of employees, supervisors, and employers, as well as understand how to navigate the relevant provincial health and safety laws.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\"><strong><b>NOTE &#8211;\u00a0<\/b><\/strong>All workplaces, whether federal or provincial, must abide by local laws. Test questions are formulated to reinforce the presented information and should be completed by each participant. A score of 80% must be obtained to be awarded a certificate of completion.
