In all probability, your work environment subjects you to some degree of dust exposure\u2014dust that could potentially lead to a range of health issues. If these risks are seen as substantial enough, your employer will necessitate the use of respiratory protection. However, even if the risks are considered minor and not obligatory, it is often prudent to wear a Dust Mask – Voluntary Use Guidelines. This online course will educate you on how to choose, utilise, and maintain dust masks. This course is specifically designed for employees and supervisors in industries such as heavy equipment, production and maintenance manufacturing, construction, and mining. <\/p>\n

This online Dust Mask – Voluntary Use Guidelines Course Covers The Following Topics:<\/p>\n

  • Recognize situations in which it is a good idea to voluntarily use a dust mask.<\/li>\n
  • Recall how to properly use a dust mask. <\/li>\n
  • Determine if a dust mask is in good working order. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The objective of the testing in this online course is to reinforce the knowledge imparted. A score of 80% must be attained to pass this course. The course can be attempted three times to achieve the pass mark. <\/p>\n

    Upon successful completion of this online course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.<\/p>\n
