The course incorporates the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) to standardize the identification and communication of hazards. Upon completion of the WHMIS 2015 course, learners will have the ability to answer the following queries:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Which hazardous substances might I come into contact with?<\/li>\n<li>Where can I locate information about these substances&#8217; hazards?<\/li>\n<li>What measures can I take for my protection?<\/li>\n<li>What is the correct course of action in the event of an incident?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <b>COURSE TOPICS<\/b> <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical and health hazards<\/li>\n<li>Preventative steps to safeguard your health and safety<\/li>\n<li>Selection of appropriate personal protective gear<\/li>\n<li>WHMIS 2015 hazard classification<\/li>\n<li>Hazard and safety information on WHMIS 2015 labels<\/li>\n<li>WHMIS 2015 symbols and pictograms<\/li>\n<li>Data found on safety data sheets<\/li>\n<li>Worker rights and employer obligations under WHMIS 2015<\/li>\n<li>The significance of education and training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <b>ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/b> <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Estimated 2 hours<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\">  <b>PASS MARK<\/b> <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Tests conducted during the WHMIS 2015 online course aim to strengthen the knowledge imparted. A score of 70% is required to earn a certificate of completion. If the pass mark is not achieved at the first attempt, participants can retake the course twice.
