The course aims to help individuals understand the roles and responsibilities of employers, supervisors, and workers in preventing and addressing such issues, and to equip them with practical tactics to enhance communication and foster a positive work atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>The unique &quot;edutainment&quot; approach creates an engaging learning environment where critical issues and learning points come alive through interactive discussions and dynamic, realistic scenarios enacted by professional actors.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"> <b>SUJETS DU COURS<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What constitutes harassment, bullying, and retaliation<\/li>\n<li>The negative influence of disrespectful behavior<\/li>\n<li>The distinction between impact and intent<\/li>\n<li>Proactive measures to prevent harassment and bullying<\/li>\n<li>Effective response to incidents of harassment or bullying<\/li>\n<li>Responsibilities of managers and supervisors<\/li>\n<li>The process and importance of using the company complaint procedure<\/li>\n<li>The significance of respectful behavior within the workplace community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"> <b>DUR\u00c9E DU COURS EN LIGNE<\/b><\/div>\n<p><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The course duration is approximately 60 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"> <b>Note de passage<\/b><\/div>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14.0px\">Testing throughout &#8220;The Respectful Workplace&#8221; online course is designed to reinforce the information provided and ensure the concepts are thoroughly understood. A minimum score of 80% is required to obtain a certificate of completion.
