What could have made it better?<\/p>\n<p>The &#8216;Dealing with Difficult Conversations&#8217; course equips you with the necessary tools and techniques to navigate these challenging dialogues effectively. Upon successful completion of this course, you&#8217;ll be equipped to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the factors that make conversations difficult.<\/li>\n<li>Recognize the patterns that can escalate a conversation. <\/li>\n<li>Articulate the approach for dealing with a difficult conversation when it arises. <\/li>\n<li>List the principles of managing emotions during challenging interactions. <\/li>\n<li>Become proficient at identifying common responses in difficult conversations and proposing productive solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Formulate strategies to prevent difficult conversations from happening. <\/li>\n<li>Carry out effective performance management discussions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><b>COURSE TOPICS<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>&#8216;DEALING WITH DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS&#8217; COURSE SYLLABUS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lesson 1: Difficult Conversations \u2013 Their Origins<\/li>\n<li>Lesson 2: Strategies for Crisis Prevention<\/li>\n<li>Lesson 3: Communication Techniques for Intense Situations<\/li>\n<li>Lesson 4: Conducting Performance Management Dialogues<\/li>\n<li>Case Study: Implementing the Acquired Knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><b>ONLINE COURSE DURATION<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This is a self-paced course, which can be completed in roughly 60 minutes<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"title-bar\"><b>PASS MARK<\/b><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Testing in this course is designed to reinforce the information provided. A score of 80% must be achieved to receive a certificate of completion.
